How did you come up with the idea for this product?
Parents kept telling us how their toddlers would thrash and wiggle out of their sleeping bags at night while they were camping. We wanted to make something that was warm enough for cold weather and would actually stay on. Having sleeves with adjustable open-and-close cuffs gives kids the power to use their hands before bed and stay warm at night while they’re sleeping.
What makes your product special?
It’s the only sleeping bag with sleeves available for 2-4 year old children. More than that, kids love wearing it and sleep soundly in the thick, warm layers of insulation.
What has been the best part of your experience?
We’ve had some really exciting moments already in our 2 years in business. Meeting our Kickstarter goal that launched the business was a great feeling. Getting our first order from REI was another dream-come-true.
The best part is probably the pictures of warm, happy kids that we get sent from parents, and hearing how they felt empowered to camp with their children in colder temperatures. It’s awesome to know that we can enable families to make these memories together.
