Natural Positioning!

All breasts are different. Rumina’s “no hole” patented design positions the flanges to more closely resemble a nursing baby as well as allows you to position the flange to your unique nipple locations whether they are directly in front, pointed down, or off to the side.

How-To Pump Hands-Free

All-In-One Pumping

Lift the top layer of fabric from under the breast to find the inner layer (colored in red above).

Insert From The Side

Insert the flange in from the side opening and move the flange directly over the breast.

This allows you to position the flange to your unique breast shape and nipple location.

Holds Hands-Free

When the flange is directly over the nipple and in a comfortable position, place all three layers over the flange to securely pump hands-free.

Nurse and Pump

To nurse, pull top of the bra down to reveal the nipple.

When ready to pump and nurse, follow pumping instructions to easily pump on one side and nurse on the other.

Rumina was established when Founder, Dawn Alva struggled to find a pumping product that fit her body and needs when she returned back to work. In 2008 Dawn started drawing up the first Pump&Nurse tank and three years later Rumina launched. Dawn still designs all of Rumina’s Pump&Nurse products in hopes that Rumina will carry styles that will work for every mom.

Her partner and sister, Amanda Hall work together to spread the Rumina love and tell all moms about how Rumina can help support them through their breastfeeding journey. Dawn and Amanda’s mother, Trudy also helps with Rumina with accounting and financials.
